At Growth Mate Media, we’re committed to delivering results.
Due to the nature of our digital services (strategy, ads management, funnel design, etc.), we do not offer refunds once the project has started and deliverables have been shared. If You did not start our work or did not provide the service that we mentioned on our agreement then we can refund.
