Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments made to GrowthMate Media for Meta Ads Management services are non-refundable once the service has been purchased and/or work has commenced.

The ₹20,000 service fee is for Meta Ads Management — strategy, campaign setup, ongoing management, optimisation and reporting.

Advertising spend is separate and is paid directly to the applicable advertising platform. It is not part of our management fee and is not held by us.

• Service fees are non-refundable after work has commenced.
• Advertising spend is separate from GrowthMate Media's management fee.
• Results from advertising can vary.
• GrowthMate Media does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue or ROAS.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals and required assets.
• Any cancellation request should be communicated to GrowthMate Media.
• Cancellation does not automatically create eligibility for a refund for services already purchased or work already performed.

You may request cancellation of an ongoing engagement at any time by contacting us using the details below. We will confirm the cancellation and the date from which management work will stop. Please also stop or adjust your advertising budget directly on the advertising platform.
