GrowthMate Media is a digital advertising agency based in Bengaluru, India, specialising in Meta Ads Management for Facebook and Instagram.

Our services include campaign strategy, account and campaign setup, creative direction, audience targeting, ongoing optimisation, tracking setup where applicable and performance reporting on Facebook and Instagram.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely approvals, brand assets, access to required accounts and pages, and for ensuring that their products, services and claims comply with applicable law and advertising platform policies.

Meta Ads Management starts at ₹20,000/month. Fees are quoted per month and may vary based on scope agreed in writing.

Advertising spend is separate and paid directly to the advertising platform. It is not included in our management fee.

Service fees are payable in advance for each service period through the payment methods we make available. Work begins once payment and required access have been received.

We manage campaigns using reasonable professional judgement, including testing, pausing and reallocating budget between campaigns and creatives to pursue better performance.

GrowthMate Media does not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, ROAS or other advertising outcome. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, offer quality, pricing, competition, seasonality and platform behaviour.

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets. Website content, templates, frameworks and materials created by GrowthMate Media remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a licence to use campaign assets created for their advertising.

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Their policies, approvals, account decisions, pricing and availability are outside our control, and we are not responsible for platform-side account restrictions or disapprovals.

Cancellation requests should be communicated to GrowthMate Media using the contact details below. Management work stops from the confirmed cancellation date.

Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been purchased and/or work has commenced. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowthMate Media's total liability arising from the services is limited to the service fees paid for the period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
